Peter & Lisa
We had the great honour to shoot Peter and Lisa Catholic wedding at St. Columbus Cathloic Church in South Perth, and then party on down at the Parmelia Hilton. Lisa’s dress was from Aubrey Rose and the wedding cake was done by Just Cakes Hillary’s. Thanks guys for a terrific day.
For photographers browsing over the blog, this wedding was also shot using the latest gear from Nikon and Canon, being the mighty Nikon D4 and the Canon 5D MIII. The low noise and handling of these cameras are amazing.

Big Smiles on Canon 5DMk3 Owners
A little bird tells me the Canon 5DMk3 have been putting big smiles on their owner’s faces starting yesterday the 22nd of March. Kudos to Canon for meeting the end of March deadline. Now lets wait for the real world reviews in the hands of the public 
Having said that I don’t think many people will be rushing in to purchase this sub AUD4000 camera.

Is the 5DMk3 in Stores for 22nd March 2012?
I just rang www.praimaging.com.au and the guys there are fairly certain (meaning not 100% maybe more like 70% confident) they will have stock of the 5DMK3 tomorrow the 22nd of March 2012. I wonder if they already have the stock but are not allowed to sell it or even mention the fact they have it in stock??? Is Canon following the marketing footsteps of Apple Inc (e.g. by controlling the on sale date) they afterall did mention it will be available on the 22nd of March. The pricing of the 5DMk3 is however still a mystery at the moment so we will have to wait and see. Let’s see if there will be a major price difference between the USD and AUD price.
As it currently stands some indications have a listing price less than AUD4000.

Dee and Martin Wedding
Big thanks to Dee and Martin for having us as part of their day. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the kindest for the garden wedding at the Mulberry on Swan in Caversham. Regardless of the weather, the show must go on, and it did. The wedding dress was from Hobnob Beautiful Brides, the brides maids dresses were from Hue Le Designs. They had a hummer limo fro Maddog Entertainment. Below are some of our favourite images from the wedding.
